    Brand Founded – Sparking a Trend of Individual Spicy Hot Pot Dining

    The Master Xiao-Hun Noodles Restaurant was born in Taipei’s bustling Zhongshan district, introducing the innovative concept that “even one person can enjoy spicy hot pot with ease.”
    Paired with our signature Xiao-Hun noodles, uniquely developed in-house, the restaurant quickly became a viral sensation — setting off a new wave in solo dining culture.

    Pioneering the Dry Noodle Market – Bringing Xiao-Hun Flavors Home

    To let fans enjoy the bold flavors of Xiao-Hun anytime, anywhere, The Master launched its signature dry noodle series.
    Featuring meticulously crafted sauces developed by our culinary team, the noodles perfectly capture the taste of our in-store dishes.
    The product received widespread acclaim upon release, quickly becoming a go-to gourmet option for home dining.

    Crossing into Korean Cuisine – The Launch of Korea Plan (K-PLAN)

    After years of market research revealed a strong demand for Korean cuisine among Taiwanese consumers, The Master team traveled to Korea for in-depth exploration.
    Following nearly a year of development, we launched Korea Plan (K-PLAN) — a specialty restaurant focused on Gamjatang (Korean pork bone and potato soup), bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Taiwan market.

    Introducing “Xiao-Hun Ramen” – A New Chapter in Noodle Craftsmanship

    Driven by our relentless passion for noodle cuisine, we proudly launched our new ramen brand: Xiao-Hun Ramen House.
    Featuring premium Hakata-style thin noodles with a springy texture perfect for absorbing broth, the star of the bowl is our signature Xiao-Hun Tonkotsu Soup — a rich fusion of traditionally simmered pork bone broth and The Master’s exclusive Xiao-Hun sauce.
    This bold combination has become the brand’s hallmark, offering ramen enthusiasts a whole new flavor experience.
