Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence in noodle craftsmanship, Xiao-Hun Ramen House officially opens on June 26, 2024.
The ramen features premium Hakata-style thin noodles, specially crafted by a gold-medal artisan in Tainan with over 50 years of expertise. These noodles are firm, springy, and ideal for absorbing rich broth.

At the heart of the flavor is our signature Xiao-Hun Tonkotsu Broth, a golden blend of creamy pork bone soup and our legendary “Soul Chili Paste.”
This paste is handcrafted over 8 hours using dozens of carefully selected vegetables, chili peppers, and Chinese herbs — resulting in a broth that is mildly spicy, smooth, and deeply satisfying. One bite leads effortlessly to the next — it’s the kind of ramen you finish before you know it.

Also available is a limited-edition Sukiyaki Tonkotsu Ramen, featuring flame-seared pork belly paired with raw egg yolk of sashimi-grade quality. The marbled pork melts in your mouth, delivering a sukiyaki-like richness in every bowl — a full, luxurious meal in itself.
