From ingredient selection to flavor balance, we pursue precision in every detail — creating the now-iconic Xiao-Hun Noodles, beloved by countless customers, foodies, and influencers alike.

Today, we operate multiple directly owned locations across Taiwan, attracting a constant stream of loyal diners.
The average wait time ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours, with daily table turnover rates reaching 7 to 15 times and guest counts ranging from 250 to 600 people per day.

But what truly leaves a lasting impression is our signature Xiao-Hun Chili Oil — a deeply aromatic blend of dozens of Chinese herbs, fresh vegetables, and chili peppers, made entirely without artificial additives.
Prepared by hand over 8 hours each day by our skilled artisans, only the top 10% of the oil — the purest, most fragrant layer — is reserved.
When combined with our custom-developed, perfectly chewy noodles, the result is an irresistible harmony of flavor and texture that keeps people coming back for more.

Support & Training

Before Opening:
We provide comprehensive training programs covering food preparation, front- and back-of-house SOPs, and operational workflows — even those with no F&B experience can quickly get up to speed.
Optional courses are also available, including store financial management, customer complaint handling, crisis response, and role-based training for all staff levels.

After Opening:
We offer on-site support for 7 days before and 7 days after opening, ensuring a smooth soft launch and providing hands-on assistance with issue resolution and crisis management.

15 Steps to Launch the Overseas Franchise Authorization Process

  1. Partner submits brand agency application
  2. Franchisor reviews partner qualifications
  3. Both parties conduct interviews and align on business philosophy
  4. If necessary, franchisor visits the partner’s local company for evaluation
  5. Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  6. Franchisor provides ingredient procurement list and basic operational data
  7. Partner submits a business and operational plan
  8. Sign Limit of Authorization agreement (LOA)
  9. Sign the official Master Franchise Agreement (MFA)
  10. Franchisor evaluates and reviews the site selection process led by the partner
  11. Franchisor conducts a local site visit and participates in the design of the first store
    (Note: All travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by the partner)
  12. Franchisor conducts training and assessment
  13. Franchisor performs final inspection and approval (first store)
  14. Franchisor provides store setup guidance and support

Overseas Franchise Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in operating a business
  • The franchisee must be directly involved in day-to-day operations
  • For non-publicly listed companies, the shareholder structure must be simple (preferably three or fewer shareholders)
  • Must align with Xiao-Hun Noodles Restaurant’s brand philosophy and be committed to maintaining the quality and image of the brand
  • Must demonstrate passion, a willingness to learn, and strong ambition
