Management Trainee Salary:
NTD 40,000 – 43,000 (based on experience and interview evaluation)

Monthly Performance Bonus:
NTD 1,000 – 2,000

Quarterly Bonus:
NTD 3,000 – 6,000

Retention Bonus (within 6 months):
Up to NTD 6,000

Store Manager: 2 to 3 years
